Calentar la leche con la piel de limon , la canela, dejar media taza de leche para batir las yemas.<br />
Aparte bata las yemas con la azucar, la media taza de leche y la maicena hasta que se una bien Saque la cascara del limon y la canela.<br />
Luego ponga un poco de la leche caliente sobre la mezcla de las yemas sin dejar de batir para que no se cocinen las yemas.<br />
Luego vierta la mezcla de las yemas a la leche y bata hasta que se ponga espeso.<br />
Agrege la vainila y la mantequilla.<br />
Ponga en un recipiente y tape con papel plastico para que no se forme una
